ELT CPD – ENGLISH LANGUAGE TEACHER TRAINING COURSES (HOW TO TEACH ENGLISH ONLINE)

Individual and group English language teacher training courses, ranging from beginner to experienced teacher levels, are focused on improving the quality of both synchronous and asynchronous online teaching practices, with a special emphasis on modern approaches, methods and teaching strategies in the field of improving reading, writing, listening and speaking skills, as well as in the field of improving the vocabulary and grammatical structures ranges of students attending different CEFR level (A1-C2) General English Language Courses.

The training sessions also focus on familiarizing English language teachers with the usage of relevant online teaching tools and applications and the inclusion of research tasks, different learning strategies and exercises and activities that contribute to the development of their students’ 21^st century skills in their everyday teaching practice.

Individual consultations with the course attendees, which can be organized as part of group teacher training courses, will further contribute to improving the quality of their online teaching practice because every attendee, according to their own needs, receives instructions, suggestions, as well as recommendations concerning specific resources that they can use in relation to those aspects of online teaching practice for which further training is most needed.

The duration of the course is 4 weeks. Training sessions are taught via Skype or at your premises twice a week. The duration of one training session is 90 minutes.
